How to Trade:
Enter short when price breaks neckline with stop above right shoulder. Target equals head-to-neckline distance.
Inverse Head and Shoulders

Pattern Description:
Bullish reversal pattern with three troughs - left shoulder, lower head, and right shoulder at similar depth to left shoulder.
How to Trade:
Enter long when price breaks neckline with stop below right shoulder. Target equals head-to-neckline distance.
Double Top

Pattern Description:
Two consecutive peaks at approximately same price level with moderate trough between them, signaling uptrend exhaustion.
How to Trade:
Enter short when price breaks support (trough) with stop above second peak. Target equals peak-to-trough distance.
Double Bottom

Bear Flag

Sharp decline followed by slight upward consolidation forming parallel channel, looks like flag on pole.

Enter short on breakdown below flag with stop above flag. Target equals flagpole length from breakdown.
Rising Wedge

Pattern Description:
Both support and resistance sloping upward but converging, typically appears at end of uptrend.
How to Trade:
Enter short on breakdown below support with stop above resistance. Target equals wedge height.
Falling Wedge

Pattern Description:
Both support and resistance sloping downward but converging, typically appears at end of downtrend.
How to Trade:
Enter long on breakout above resistance with stop below support. Target equals wedge height.
Cup and Handle
Bullish
Pattern Description:
U-shaped cup followed by smaller downward drift (handle), indicates strong bullish continuation.
How to Trade:
Enter long on breakout from handle with stop below handle. Target equals cup depth from breakout.
